The apartment is located on the ground floor and is the largest, as it features two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, a spacious living room, all furnished with artisan furniture from the late 1800s. The living room is equipped with a kitchen cabinet (4 burners, an oven, a fridge, a sink, and work surfaces) and a lounge area with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed if needed. The apartment has an independent garden with a masonry barbecue and a ceramic table made according to the ancient tradition of Deruta maiolica.
