La Ginestra

The apartment consists of a single bedroom, a double bedroom, and a bathroom on the lower level. On the upper level, there is a living room with a kitchen-cabinet (4 burners, an oven, a fridge, a sink, and worktops) and a small lounge that can transform into a sofa bed when needed.
Surrounding the house is a garden with a barbecue made of masonry and a ceramic table from Deruta. The peculiarity of this structure is its typical Umbrian rural architecture, which is expressed in the presence of several structural clusters at different levels. The rooms are of varying heights. This movement of levels completely immerses us in the atmosphere of a bygone era.
