What are the check‑in and check‑out times?
Check-in is from 14:30 to 20:00, check-out from 8:00 to 11:00.
Is breakfast included?
In the rooms it is always included, together with daily cleaning. In the apartments it is an extra: €10 per person per day; they also have a kitchen with four burners, an oven and a fridge.
Which accommodation suits a family or a group? Can a bed be added?
Il Girasole sleeps 4 to 6 and La Ginestra 3 to 5: in the apartments 2 extra guests sleep on the double sofa bed, with no surcharge. For two couples there is the Red room. In the Blue, Light blue and Green rooms a third bed costs €30 per person.
How often is cleaning done?
In the rooms, cleaning and bed-making are daily and sheets are changed every 2 days. In the apartments, every 3 days and at departure; extra cleaning has a cost that depends on the apartment: ask us for a quote.
Is there a minimum stay?
Apartments are booked for at least 2 nights. In some periods a minimum stay may apply to the rooms too: try your dates with the Book button or write to us.
Pets, cot, parking and Wi-Fi?
Parking and Wi-Fi are free. A cot is available in every room and apartment except the Yellow and Red rooms. Pets are allowed only in the Il Gelsomino apartment.
Is the spa included in the stay?
No, it is an extra: €80 on top of your stay, for a private session of an hour and a half. Everything about the Orsa Maggiore Spa.
What can I visit from the borgo?
Perugia is 15 minutes away; Assisi, Lake Trasimeno and the Umbrian villages are easy to reach for a day trip.
